O yes! It does work. Make people smile and that will for sure brighten up your day making you feel happy. You need not be a comedian to put a smile on someone’s face.

You can simply say “Hi” to a stranger on the street; smile at someone; complement friend or colleague on the job well done; hold the door of the elevator for someone to come in; help someone load groceries in his or her car. Practice putting smile on people’s face, you will surely feel the real happiness within you.
